    Respected Sir/Madam,

    I made my payment through debit card but after the complete transaction, I got an error on the page. After that, I received the message from my SBI bank that my money deducted from the account for the same payment. Why did this happen with my payment transaction? How can I check the website that my payment is updated in the department and how can I download the receipt for the same.

      As you mentioned that amount is deducted from your account but you are not able to check the transaction status, in that case, I’ll suggest you, visit the below link page:

      After going in this page you have to use the username and password. In the place of username fill your property Id and in the password, section fill your DCR number. By filling these details you can get the access to your property tax profile and you can download the last payment duplicate receipt.

      If you are having any problem in log-in I’ll suggest you make your call in toll-free helpline number 1533 or you can directly visit the NEW DELHI MUNICIPAL COUNCIL (NDMC Head Office) in Palika Kendra, Parliament Street, New Delhi-110001 address.

    I want to get online death certificate for my father. He died on 16th Nov. 2017, in Vinayak Hospital, Delhi. Cremation ceremony happened at Nigam Bodh Ghat on the same day. I have the receipt with me from Nigam Bodh as well as the hospital.
    But I am not able to understand the process to get his death certificate.
