The death certificate is issued by the North Delhi Municipal Council – NDMC. In case of death incident of any person, the family members will have to get the Death Certificate from Nai Delhi Nagar Palika Parishad. This certificate works as the official and government proof for the dead person. Procedure For Death Enquiry & Reprint Certificate in NDMC
You can search for information about the death of the deceased just by following a few steps. Follow all the instruction. For this service, you just required digital devices such as a computer or laptop with a good speed internet connection.
Step No. 1
You can view or check the death records through the official online portal of New Delhi Municipal Council known as the short name of NDMC.
Step No. 2
Now you will see a form on your computer screen. On this application form you will need to fill the necessary information as following:
- In the first section fill the “Registration Number” of the certificate.
- In the section, enter the “Date of Death” as mentioned on the certificate.
- Fill the Death Date in DD/MM/YYYY format.
- Select the Gender from male or Female of
- Write the first 3 letters of Deceased Name in capital letters.
- Enter the first 3 letters of Deceased Father’s Name in capital letters.
- In the last section Enter Captcha Code as per showing on the Image.
Step No. 3
After filling all these details, now you will have to press the submit button. Now on the next computer screen, you can see all the information death certificate, place of death and registration number. You also required the valid 10 digits registered mobile number.
Reprint of Death Certificate:-
In this section, we are providing you details take the printout of the death certificate in case of original is lost or damaged. For taking the reprint of death certificate you must require the registered mobile number.
After filling the registered mobile number you can see the digital copy of the death certificate on your computer screen. Now you can take the printout of that for future assistance. The citizens also can obtain this certificate from the New Delhi Municipal Council Office. After the payment of the small amount as the fees to the NDMC Officier, you can get it.
